Using Bega Colby Sliced Cheese
Serves: Makes 2
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
4 slices of farmhouse style multigrain bread
50g caramelised onion (available premade from a deli or supermarket)
30g Western Star Spreadable butter
4 slices of Bega Colby cheese
4 thin slices of ham (from a deli)
Preheat the jaffle cooker.
Butter the bread and spread the caramelised onion over two slices. Top each with the ham, and finish with two slices of Bega Colby cheese and the remaining bread. Place the sandwich in the jaffle cooker for 3-4 minutes or until the bread is golden and toasted.
Cool slightly for 3-4 minutes before serving.
