Layered Mexical Dip

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

425g can refried beans

250g tub spreadable cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1 avocado, peeled, stoned and mashed

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tomatoes, chopped

1 cup Bega Tasty Shredded Cheese

corn chips, to serve

Method:

  1. Spread refried beans over a large flat serving dish. Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spoon over beans.
  2. Combine avocado, garlic and lemon juice and spread over cream cheese mixture.
  3. Scatter with tomato and top with cheese. Serve with corn chips.
