Layered Mexical Dip
Serves: 8
Ingredients:
425g can refried beans
250g tub spreadable cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 avocado, peeled, stoned and mashed
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup Bega Tasty Shredded Cheese
corn chips, to serve
Method:
- Spread refried beans over a large flat serving dish. Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spoon over beans.
- Combine avocado, garlic and lemon juice and spread over cream cheese mixture.
- Scatter with tomato and top with cheese. Serve with corn chips.
